14-day money-back guarantee
IndieForge offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to Pro subscriptions and to one-time campaign purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all IndieForge orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@indieforge.link and we will help you arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewals and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard or through Paddle to stop future renewals. Cancelling keeps your paid features active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, get in touch — we would rather sort it out than leave you unhappy.
